Man, I've been loving the arm triangle for twelve years and this is probably the best video I've ever seen on the breakdown of the position. Appreciate you, sir.

I hit this 3xs on an opponent who had 30 lbs. on me. The difference was the chin slide and head placement for the finish. I didn’t even have to put my hands together or leave mount for the tap. Thanks BMac.

You're an excellent instructor Coach Brandon Mccraghen! I watched one of your rolling videos yesterday and the commentary afterwards. There were many key things you shared and got me going deeper into your videos. One of the things you mentioned is the 2hrs spent consistently after class studying the art. I'm going back to those basics you've share and cleaning up my trash. I'm also going to work on adding those extra hours studying BJJ. I will rifle focus on these details. I'm a 2 stripe Blue belt and it is time to make some micro adjustments that I wasn't aware of till now. Mahalo nui for your inspiration, detail and content you have shared.

I saw this video on Facebook and I realized that I needed to get on here and follow Brandon. The details that are discussed on finishing the arm triangle are the best details that I have ever seen. I thought I had a nasty arm triangle, but didn’t realize that I was fighting my head in the pocket with a bent neck until watching this. Hands down my arm triangle will be getting a facelift! @@brandonmcninja Im currently white belt and started about 8 months ago. I guess you can say I’ve fallen down the “Jiu jitsu rabbit hole” lol. I’m addicted and I wish I would’ve started earlier haha. We haven’t got to the arm triangle in our curriculum but naturally, I discovered that I love it. My 2nd time watching this video because i had too many opportunities to get an arm triangle yesterday but wasn't confident in my technique since i mistakenly got swept out of one last week. Accidentally sprained my groin on Sunday but didn't notice until practice yesterday when we started warm ups...even shrimping hurt. We drilled half guard which was really rough with a sprained groin despite informing my partners of my injury. Curious as to what are some stretching techniques you use and your recovery routine afterwards, much love
