You have to give zakat every year based on your savings money, gold, silver and any other valueable item savings. Once you calculated the amount of your savings then you have give 2.5 percent of that amount as zakat. Every year you have to calculate savings amount to pay 2.5 percent of zakat. Parents don't have any responsibility for your zakat. Your zakat will be responsible only by you.

And if you say that it was Hazrat Umar who changed the regulations of talaq and went against the Qur'an then bro please check your imaan. Also, the narrator of this hadith ibn Abbas took 3 divorces as 3, so how can you say that 3 are 1, even if the narrator of this hadith is taking 3 divorces as 3 then how is this hadith understood correctly? All the fatawa of sahaba present in Musannaf ibn abi shaiba indicates the same! It's just Imam ibn Taimiya emphasized 3 as 1 that's why the majority of the ahle Hadith sect thinks the same! That's the clear indication of you being the same as the other sects! Also as per Imam Nisayi this hadith is for the women with whom the husband hasn't made any relationship yet! Lastly, once you are in a sect you'll only accept the things which are parallel to your sect otherwise you'll find every possible excuse to reject it, like almost every ahle hadees rejects the hadiths which goes against Hazrat Muawiya RA, which are narrated by most of the Sahabas for example bukhari 2812, Muslim 6628, 4776, Abu dawood 4131, 4646.

Yeh aayat 2 talaaq ki baat ke baad hai, iska matlab yeh hua ke pehli 2 talaaq ke baad mard apney faisley se rujooh kar sakta hai agar rujooh nahi kiya aur talaaq mukammal ho gayi tab bhi woh aapsi razamandi se nikaah kar saktey hai par yeh unka aakhri mauka hoga, kyunke teesri talaaq ke baad rujooh ka koi raasta nahi rehta. Iske baad ki aayat dekhein Aayat no. 230 (Aayat pehle 232 ke pehle ki hai but zikr teesri talaq ke baad ka hai) Phir agar shauhar 2 talaaqo ke baad teesri talaaq aurat ko de de to us ke baad jab tak aurat kisi dusrey shakhs se nikaah na karey us pehley shauhar par halaal na hogi, haan agar dusra shauhar bhi talaq de de aur aurat aur pehla shauhar phir ek dusrey ki taraf rujoon kar lein (Nikah karna chaahe) to in par kuch Gunaah nahi bashart yeh ke dono yaqeen karein ke Allah ki hadon ko qaayam rakh sakeinge aur yeh Allah ki hadein hain inko woh un logon ke liye bayaan Farmata hai jo Eelm rakhtey hai" Ab masla yeh hai ke is aayat mein jo dusrey shakhs se nikaah ki baat kahi gayi hai usko Halala ka naam diya gaya ha jo ke bilkul galat hai, is aayat ke mutaabiq dusrey mard se nikaah zindagi bhar saath rehney ki niyat se hoga aur agar dusra shauhar bhi agar talaq de de to aurat aur pehla shauhar chaahe to dobara nikaah kar saktey hai. Aaj kal kya ho raha hai, shauhar gussey mein aakar yaa kisi ke behkaawe mein aakar ek saath 3 talaaq de detey hai, aur ek saath 3 talaaq par ikhtilaaf hai maslaqo ke darmiyaan, sirf Ahle hadees aur Shia 3 talaaq ko 1 talaq maantey hai aur hanafi mein 3 ko 3 mana jaata hai. Talaaq ke baad shauhar ko pachtawa hota hai aur woh usi aurat ke saath rehna chahta hai, masla yeh hota hai ke ab kya karey, phir wahi halala karwaya jaata hai, us aurat ki 1 raat ke liye dusry mard ke saath nikaah karwaya jaata hai, Bechari us aurat par kya guzarti hogi ke usko pehley shauhar ke saath dobara nikah karney ke liye kisi dusrey mard ke saath ek raat guzarni padhti hai. Log samajhte hai ke talaaq dena hai to 3 baar kehna zaruri hai, yeh ek bahot badi galat fehmi hai jo India Pakistan Bangladesh ke musalmano mein paayi jaati hai. Jab Qur'an mein saaf saaf talaaq ka tarika bataya gaya hai to Ulema usi ke mutaabik kyun nahi samjhatey musalmano ko aur Hazrat Umar Radhiyallahu Anhu ke pehley 2 saal tak wahi tarika thaa, phir kuch waqt ke liye haalat ke hisaab se hukm jaari kiya gaya ke ab se 3 talaaq ko 3 mana jaayega, aur kuch maslaq ke nazdeeq Hazrat Umar radhiyallahu anhu ne apney faisley se rujooh kiye they but ismein bhi ihkhtilaaf hai, to Qur'an aur Nabi Sallal laahu alayhi sallam ke daur ko kyun nahi follow kiya jaata......ikhtilaaf ki baat ko rakht do side mein..... Talaaq asal mein solution ke liye hai but humne isko aurton ke liye saza bana diya hai, Allah se dua hai ke Allah humein kehney sunney se ziyada amal ki taufik ataa farmaye....

Assalamualaikum Faiz bhai, in those times the arabs had the habit of repeating the same word 2to3 time to emphasize it, and they used to say talaq 3 times to emphasize it but when asked they used to say their intentions whether they had niyyat for 1 or 3 and according the fatwa was given, but Hazrath Umar( RA) knew now people started playing with Islam, hence he passed the law, hence the niyyat counts. Allah knows best.

Hence the niyyat does NOT count. three talaqs are THREE. The PROOF of that is that hazrat umar implemented capital punishment and said that ‘from now on anyone that repeats talaq three time I will consider it three, therefore refrain from repeating three talaqs unless your intention is three’ The sahaba ACCEPTED that they will be subject to capital punishment, and they got whipped if they went against the sunnah and gave talaq three times in one go. *All this PROVES that every single sahabah, including the Prophet KNEW and ACCEPTED that three talaqs was ALWAYS three, thats why drastic measures had to be taken*

Aapke shauhar agar hanafi fiqah ko follow kartey hai to phir masla ho jaayega kyunke hanafi waaley ek mehfil mein di gayi 3 talaaq ko 3 maante hai, matlab 3 talaaq ke baad rujooh karney ka koi mauka nahi.... Behen aapne guzaarish hai ke aap khud Qur'an ko meanig ke saath aur Tafseer (Interpretation) ke saath padhein aur samjhe, Read meaning and interpretation (Tafseer) of below mentioned Aayat. Surah Baqarah, Surah No. 02, Aayat no. 228 to 240 Surah Talaaq, Surah No. 65, Aayat no. 1 to 7.

Brother, you can't say Talaq to afraid her, it is not correct way to approach her to come back. First of all, even if you said Talaaq 3 times, it will consider 1 and you have time of 3 periods (her) to take back your decision, if you rujooh before completion of 3 periods it means your 1 talaaq has been completed but you both will be remained husband and wife, According to the Glorious Qur'an. Attalaaqu Marrataan...... The divorce is twice (Talaaq sirf 2 baar hai). read below to understand. Surah Barah, Surah no. 02 and Aayat no. 229. "The divorce is twice, after that, either you retain her on reasonable terms or release he with kindness. and it is no lawful for you (men) to take back (from your wives) any of your Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage) which you have given them, except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah (e,g, to deak with each other on a fair basis)" Brother i have given reference below, first read with meaning in language you understand then read interpretation of all those aayat and request you to read Ahle hadees tafseer, Insha'Allah your doubt will be cleared. Surah Baqarah, Surah no. 02, aayat no. 228 to 240 Surah Talaaq, Surah no. 65, aayat no. 1 to 7 Read above given Aayat with meaning and them interpretation and better if you read Ahle hadees interpretaion (it is your choice)

Your paper had talaq written on it three times, you were aware, read that and signed under three talaqs, that is THREE talaqs. She is also bullshitting by saying that you need witnesses. There are NO witnesses in talaq. She is taking maintenance because she went through the courts. The courts do not follow religion. You should never have given her maintenance. She was entitled to her mahr, her gifts, and accommodation in your home during her iddah. I can’t believe you gave her maintenance for TWELVE years. Are you mad??
