जब हमारा बच्चा जवान हो जाता है तो हम उस की शादी करते है। क्या शादी करने के लिए बच्चे को जवान किया जाता है ? नहीं। इसी तरह एक तलाक़ शुदा औरत पुनः उसी मर्द के लिए जब हलाल हो जाती है तो वह मर्द पुनः उस औरत से उस की मर्ज़ी से शादी कर सकता है। ना बच्चे को जवान किया जाता है और ना ही औरत को हलाल। बच्चा जवान कब हो जाता है सब जानते हैं, औरत उसी मर्द के लिए हलाल कब हो जाती है इसमें इंसान का दखल नहीं है। एक तलाक़ शुदा औरत को उसके पूर्व पति के लिए हलाल करना या हराम बनाए रखना केवल क़ुदरत का काम है, न कि इनसान का। सूद हर हालत में हर एक के लिए हराम है, अर्थात सूद लिया ही नहीं जा सकता है। बहू हर हालत में ससुर के लिए हराम है, अर्थात बहू का उसके ससुर के साथ निकाह हो ही नहीं सकता। चाहे उसके बेटे ने तलाक़ दे दिया हो या बेटे का इंतेक़ाल हो गया हो। लेकिन अगर वह उसका मुँह बोला या गोद लिया हुआ बेटा है तो यह क़ानून लागू नहीं होता है। कोई इनसान इनको किसी क़ानून से हलाल नहीं बना सकता। हलाल बनाना या हलाल होना/हो जाना .... दोनों में फ़र्क़ है। बनाना हराम है ..... होना/हो जाना क़ुदरत का निज़ाम है। Term “Halala” is man made having no recognition at all.

But many muslims in India call such muslim as "Wahhabi" in am insulting way because they don't want to follow real Islam. What this Sheikh has said is very commonly known in Islam all over the world. This scholar name is Advocate Faiz Syed. And he speaks according to Quran & authentic Hadith. But many muslims in India call such muslim as "Wahhabi" in am insulting way because they don't want to follow real Islam. What this Sheikh has said is very commonly known in Islam all over the world. But unfortunately, in India & Pakistan ignorant Muslims has made this like a "contract". This type of predetermined contract marriage is invalid like Sheikh Faiz said here. I still remember one of our church priest he was our professor once said ' Bible is written by men so there is nothing for ladies in it.' when I concentrated on it I saw he was correct most of the words are ' He, Son , Man, Father' . I had no idea on this and I was in huge confusion after reading too much negative messages over social media and became sceptical about such ritual of Islam. Being a muslim I started imprinting a negative image about this 'How cruel sharia is this, totally against the dignity of a women'' then I heard hadith and got to know that there are many privileges given to woman in Islam. The I started finding the truth behind this and got confirmed that this system of halala is totally unacceptable and prohibited in Islam. Only sake of self satisfaction some people were taking advantage as preachers and gave a reason to non-Muslim brother to blame Islam...
