This scholar name is Advocate Faiz Syed. And he speaks according to Quran & authentic Hadith. But many muslims in India call such muslim as "Wahhabi" in am insulting way because they don't want to follow real Islam. What this Sheikh has said is very commonly known in Islam all over the world. But unfortunately, in India & Pakistan ignorant Muslims has made this like a "contract". This type of predetermined contract marriage is invalid like Sheikh Faiz said here. There are many Islamic scholars like him in India. Non muslims have to only ask the right questions to right people. And not listen to media.
