heres another tip get a fire chuchu get whichever lynel shield and parry this only works when locking on to a enemy you can also do this with electric chuchu but you need shock proof

You need to walk to the side and back after either a crouch cancel or a cancel by switching shields. Practice these to shorten animations and then try again

@@JonathanSH Thank you for answering. Im new to these moves and trying to learn terminology. What is crouch cancelling?(Is that just tapping the left joystick down 2 times quickly) And when you say to switch shields, do you mean to throw the boomerang(Aim to top center, whiles throwing switch shields(or shield cancel) while walking a little forward and to the left? Thats what Ive been doing anyways for a while now and my shield just hits the ground behind me. Please let me know when u can if Im doing it right at least. Thanks for your help

@@stephengeorge8590 so basically after you do some actions (parry, throw, attack, etc) there is an animation afterwards in which you can’t do anything. Using animation cancels stops the animation so you can move immediately after the action. crouch cancel is crouching and uncrouching very fast by double tapping the left stick (easiest in joycons, hard on the Nintendo Pro Controller). Shield cancel is done by using the d-pad menu to switch shields (it doesn’t matter what you switch to and you can switch back after if you want). Either of these will stop Link’s movement after doing an action Edit: do the cancel after you do the action but while you are stuck in the animation
