And it is so comfortable that it is the only headphone which one can use with the head on the pillow and lying on the sides. My personal experience. That is why I like it for the first point. Secondly they sound mellow, good for long hours of relaxing listening. IEMs make you think about the sound, these do not.

I had this headphone for 3 years now and still in exact new condition. I use this for listening music and watching movies, and does not irritate the ears. I can wear this all day and sound quality is balanced and this is perfect. I am looking to buy one more pair before this one goes out of stock. Sadly, this is already out of stock. Hope they make this again, coz this is absolute satisfactory product that i never got from any of my purchases.

I agree that the sound is well balanced but it's not loud enough and also doesn't fit very well. Its better to pay a little more and go with rha ma390. It comes with mic too. I have both :)

This pair of earphones have higher impedence which makes it harder for some budget and midrange phones to drive. Higher impedence gives improved performance in mids and highs. I have no such issues when using it with asus zenfone m1 max pro, which has a high quality dac built into it. An external dac would solve the issue for you but its not worth the price you pay. So next time you buy a phone, make sure it has a high quality audio chip/dac in it.

If I had to use it with a dac I would rather go with something better right? Cuz that defies the price point here. My point was ma390 (₹1700 odd) without the dac is better than Byrd (₹999) plus the dac

Yup, using this one with a dac is pointless. I haven't used rha products yet. Anyways, beat byrd is loud enough for me. I use it at 35-45 percent of the volume indoors. Anything above 60 percent hurts my ears. I am not sure how it fares in outdoor noisy environments. We are all different but Just make sure you haven't received a faulty unit.

I own these, sound and stuff is all okay. But they have a ton of cord noise, and only if the user is very still, and not moving the wire, the sound can be appreciated. Else, if the wire is touching and rubbing itself or anything, the noise is very prominent.

Don't buy Moondrop SSR. I bought the SSR from HPZ and there's noticeable distortion when playing music at a high volume. Plus, the sound signature of SSR is flat which means playing EDM, Bollywood music is no fun. Better go for Blon BL03

Reminds me of a bad experience I had with Headphone Zone a few years back. They had retail stores in Chennai, from where I bought a Bayerdynamic Byron. In a month or so, the earphone became dead on one side and I went back to the retailer to know about the service centre. The store person asked me to drop it with him, since Headphone Zone will be the contact point for services. Had to wait for a week and the person asked me to go to Adayar, where they had an office. There was a person who seems to have been leading the office, who first told me that the product is no longer in stock and I can pick another headphone on the same price, instead. However, five minutes later he just asked me to accept an open pack of Bayerdynamic Byron, which was rejected/not picked by somebody from courier. He behaved so rude that I stopped going back to Headphone Zone almost two years now. Just was checking for a new headphone and stumbled upon this video. I have no wonder they closed the retail store. Raghav's presentation is really good, I must say.
