I'm totally like Karena with lists! I go a little overboard but it really helps physically! Never travel without snacks....I get super hangry and calorie deprived if I don't keep like beef jerky or protein bars with me! I always tell people I am like a plant, I need water, food and sunshine to be happy

I realize this sounds soooo juvenile, but I would love to see a day in the life video from each of you. I'm an entrepreneur myself, and I feel like it's almost harder for me to get my meals and workouts in now than it was when I had a set schedule. I make lists like crazy- in fact I have 3 planners/notebooks right now, so Karena's tip was right on for me. I also eat way too fast for the same reasons... My tip would be DO NOT OVERCOMPLICATE YOUR LIFE! I'm so bad about that, haha... Things are so much easier when you simplify and get back to basics. Headed to do my Bootycall now! This is more of a life one... If you're dating someone and they're already being a jerk in the first few weeks/months, that's as GOOD as he/she will ever be. The courtship is when people are on their best behaviour (or the beginning of a friendship either) so make sure you're treated with respect from DAY 1!!

Never leave the house without a bottle of ice water! I'm always drinking water, plus it keeps you fuller and saves you from buying bottles!

Don't forget to eat a piece of fruit and some water before a workout - especially if your workout is longer that 40min.Don't forget to do a proper warmup so you don't injure yourself, for cardio and toning!Don't forget portion sizes when having meals - your stomach is the size of both your fists (no one else's)

I drink water during workouts, even yoga. In a spin class, I had to leave the room briefly to re-fill my water bottle. I cannot live without water near me 24/7.

how do you girls ALWAYS have a flat stomach? I workout 7 days a week and eat pretty healthy with that little bit of cheating but I could just have water and I instantly get bloated....what's with that??

Everybody's stomach bloats with food. Even them. They just don't record it when they're bloated. You're typically the flattest in the morning before you have any food or water in you. If you have a lot of bloating, could be your stomach is having trouble digesting something. For me it's too many raw veggies. You can try a probiotic. Also think about how often you poop ;) Being backed up with give you a tummy.
