Cappy New Moon fits perfectly on the cusp of my 3rd house but still in my 2nd house per placidus system. And conjunct my mercury and sun. I am thinking these days of actually applying again for a new job so I can earn my own money again. (A job in communication, lol) And this is also connected to a new every day environment and maybe also to moving. Actually I will be 'forced' to move because the house I'm living in is gonna be sold this year, most probably. I totally see my 2nd/3rd (Cap) house activated. I have a question too: is getting into action rather good the day after the actual Sun Moon conjunction? So after the 'dark moon' when the moon is waxing again?

On the New Moon it is good to set the intention but action isn't required. Between the New Moon and First Quarter is the time for action (planning, gathering information, and testing the idea out)
