I would advise pulling out the crown when not in use and when setting the day, date, calender and time always make sure the hour and minute hands are in the lower hemisphere of the face. The ideal time setting for this is 05:30 as both arms would be down. By doing the above you avoid damaging the internal teeth of the little engine gears

To some extend good video as far as cleaning but just water..? Also is nice to have some music but not to the extend that the music overrides much of what the person speaking is basically muffled down as the music is much stronger than what the person is saying. When drying the watch a hand held manual pump for about $10 U S dollars and microfiber cloths will do well for the watch. Baby mild soap and couple of drops with clean water won’t hurt the watch surface..
