Ben, I am a youth soccer trainer in West Jordan, Utah. I am extremely passionate about helping kids from my town/city/state reach the next level. I currently have about 50+ clients. I know for a fact these kids are improving and I have video footage to prove it. No social media, only post on my personal facebook. All word of mouth simply because of my value. Your videos are helpful as heck man! Thanks so much. You're the goat.

Hello @efren Estrada, I am in a similar boat. This will be my 3rd serious year coaching and parents from last season begged me to coach travel that I got my NJYS State license. I am also in progress of getting my Grassroots License via the USSF and my goal is to get to a USSF D License and beyond. With being certified in soccer I am hoping to be my own boss and create a soccer business but just have no idea where to start lol.

I am looking to start a part time business and dedicate 2 hours everyday outside of my full time work environment. Would you say that creating a monthly payment plan vs hourly plan is the way to go? Ie. I currently have 11 potential clients/boys to train on a monthly basis. I can train the group 2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours. Shoul I charge $x/hr knowing my worth or should I charge at a flat monthly rate of say $100 per child per month?

Hey coach! Yes! Creating a monthly payment plan will help you to build long term success with your clients and business instead of focusing on a pay per session model. When you create a monthly PROGRAM for your clients instead of simply offering just week to week training sessions you can charge more for your services and you will get better results with the players you work with.

I am from africa, I also have youth team, but it difficult to get scout over, can you link me up please
@makemoneycoachingsports6 жыл бұрын
Sorry man, I don't have any connections with scouts. It would be best to start connecting with professional teams/college teams in the United States. That would be the best way to do so. Personally, I'd use linkedin.com to connect with coaches there. There are 1000's of coaches and scouts on that network. Cheers, Ben

Hi ...I m from India .....I have about 40 kids in my academy......I charge them 1200/- rupees .....can u suggest me how to design training program for u-8 and u-10??
@makemoneycoachingsports5 жыл бұрын
I would look to create a 12 month program so they are committed for an entire year - doing this means they will achieve better results.

...great concept ben...but we in Jamaica can't rely on parents' paying for kids to play...we simply cannot afford it...so it has to be done for free...shame cause theres so much talent here...

I've seen coaches in other countries provide affordable programs to the masses in South America/Europe. It can be done, it will be done if you set your mind to it.
