basically, u need to eat more calories than u lose. there’s a thing called calorie calculator, enter ur weight, age and gender and how often u work out. it’ll tell u info to lose weight and gain weight. u need to track how many calories u eat. i write down how many calories i have eaten in my notes. every time u eat, write down the amount of calories u have eaten. if u have no time at all to work out, thats fine but u won’t be able to have the weight where u want it to go. if u have a bit of time at home, u can do home workouts with ur own body weight, then add some weights/resistance band. u can use stuff at home as weights

u should use ur own body weight at first. then when its not as hard doing it with ur body weight(probably after a month), then start including weights and resistance bands. u will need to keep on adding more weight as u go along. ur body gets used to the amount of weight u use and ur muscles will not rip, recover and grow.

i’m like this. i find drinking protein shakes help a lot. my protein shake has 2000 calories in it. if u can’t drink it all at once, u can have half of it in the morning, and half of it another time in the day. i hate peanut butter but i still put it in my protein shake because it has a decent amount of calories in it.

Hey girl, I’m 5’7” and my weight ranges from 105-115 lbs. My mom was built the same way when she was little, and I don’t have a huge appetite so that doesn’t help. I think I weighed about the same as you when I was your age (I’m 18 now). As I got older, I filled in a little more around the hips and legs area even though I’m definitely not thic yet lmao. Be patient! I know what it’s like to want the boobs and butt lots of other girls are getting at your age but I promise you will get there. I think one of the things that also helped me gain weight was joining track! I run distance so I gained a bunch of weight (muscle) in my legs and got up to 115 lbs! If distance isn’t your thing, sprinting is fun too, and tons of those girls are super ripped! Exercising definitely gets you an appetite if you don’t have one already. Just make sure not to overdo it and to eat enough, so that you don’t end up losing weight. Weight gain won’t happen over night. But as you get older and you WILL gain! And even now, don’t worry about being thin. I used to be super concerned with it, especially worrying about others opinions. People would make fun of my bones poking out and say stuff like “eat a hamburger.” It used to really bother me until I realized that most of these people were heavier and probably jealous. I have a good group of friends and I’ve even had some guys interested, although not until I was older. My main point is, if people can’t see past your skinniness, they don’t deserve to know you! You are worth so much more than what your body looks like, especially since your body is still developing. Once I understood this, I was happier with myself and I had a great high school experience. As for your aunt, relatives say the same thing to me. Whenever I get upset, I just remind myself that they’re probably jealous or something. I’ve never understood why it’s ok to skinny shame when it’s not ok to fat shame. Lots of people don’t know it hurts us skinny girls too, and I feel you. Hopefully this helped a little 💖💖

I'm the same for some reason the protein powders don't agree with my body what so ever! I've been weight gaining for a while now and I make my own peanut butter, banana and almond milk smoothie. I have it after ever workout and it works just as good as protein powders. Plus it's all natural! 1 whole banana 2tbsp peanut butter 1/2 cup of almond milk (You can use any milk of your choice though, doesn't have to be almond) Hope this helps!

if you are normal healthy weight then you don’t really have to do anything but if you have insecurities then try to work on those

The bottle says children can take it and gives you the suggested dosage amount but I would ask your doctor before taking it

No I wouldn’t recommend it, I took Apitamin for a long time. It’s really bad for you, ALOT of side affects, it weakens your bones

I’m 112 at my worst but can get to 120 after stuffing my self for 3 days but after the 4th day my body doesn’t wanna eat and tummy hurts and starts pushing out every out my end lol but yeah 😒

I don't know. I had 2kg of Serious Mass and drinked as reccomended 2scoops a day and then it ended about in a week😀its just too expensive.
