CraftingJade101 Speak to a nutritionalist, they can help you with understanding your body and the foods that can help with your goals. Once you get a better understanding of your body, depending on your budget, get a trainer. I suggest seeing the trainer once biweekly, ask all the needed questions and learn techniques. Then simply apply what you’ve learned.

Im 15 and im quite insecure because i have no shape and im very slim. I try to eat whenever I can lol but nothing works. You WILL gain weight over time if you are my age or below/ above. Your body can always change so love yourself and dont worry :3.

Im 14 and 72 pounds. I have had multiple people at school pick me up when im just standing and they are all like "omg how are u so skinny im jealous" truth is i dont want to be super skinny and underweight. When i was 12 i was so insecure I would always eat 3rds and 4ths at dinner to the point where i would feel so sick after. Im super insecure about my weight. Thank you!

I’m 23, 5’9 and found out I weigh 112. I used to never drop below 118. My health is declining and I’m worried. Without an appetite it makes it really hard. I’m taking this as my sign to get that gym membership and hopefully that will get my appetite back. Bc lately I’ve been feeling discouraged.

My Mom always tells me this one thing. Eat more calories than you burn off. Honestly one of the problems is that ill actually gain like 3 pounds in 2 days, but then ill just lose it all in one day! I really hope that this helps!

Can you please do a video on different types of meals and breakfasts that helps your calorie intake that’ll be so helpful!💜 & I know that you said you take the protein shake sometimes if you don’t have time to eat the right meals in one of your other videos, it would just be really helpful to see what type of food is good to eat in a meal to hit the right calorie, fat, proteins, ect.

I’m 11 and 77.2 pounds. Every day my weight changes about 2 pounds but average is 77.2. I’m 5”0 (5 feet tall) so I’m not sure if I’m underweight or not. Funny thing is I eat like a cow but somehow look like a stick with no chest and no hips

Julia Schmidt - I think I have. I got my first period yesterday. 👀 But yeah. I love how I look! Not that I think I look too young. I definitely look my age. Just that somehow all the other girls my age look so pretty. But I’ll listen to you. I assume in 4 years I’ll look older as according to google, you finish growing 1 year after your period. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to be 100 Ibs for the longest time. I’ve been working for 4 months just to get to 107 Ibs and keep that weight. I can’t keep a consistent diet because some days, stuff just happens or I’m not able to. My dads side is really skinny and my moms side is a bit thicker but not by much. I am super thin and I wanna change that.

basically, u need to eat more calories than u lose. there’s a thing called calorie calculator, enter ur weight, age and gender and how often u work out. it’ll tell u info to lose weight and gain weight. u need to track how many calories u eat. i write down how many calories i have eaten in my notes. every time u eat, write down the amount of calories u have eaten. if u have no time at all to work out, thats fine but u won’t be able to have the weight where u want it to go. if u have a bit of time at home, u can do home workouts with ur own body weight, then add some weights/resistance band. u can use stuff at home as weights

Guys at 12 ur body hasnt even begun to develop. Dont be too concerned bc whatever effort u put in will change drastically in the next few years. Once ur done growing and developing, then its a good time to put more effort thatll last. Just my advice.

Update: hi I’m 13 now and I have a bit more confidence but at the same time it’s hard to find clothes and I know I’ll have to whether I like it or not but I don’t want to wait until I grow up BC I don’t want to go into 9th grade looking like a noodle while all the other 9th graders look good🥺

I eat so much and I can never gain weight im still 90lbs no matter what happens. My friends are like you're so skinny i want your body but really I want their body. I said well I want to gain more weight, and they're like why? And I'm like because I'm so skinny, I really hate it. The best compliment I heard were from my grandparents they said that oh you're gaining weight thats really good, and I put the biggest smile on my face. Hopefully these tips help me, thank you!

u should use ur own body weight at first. then when its not as hard doing it with ur body weight(probably after a month), then start including weights and resistance bands. u will need to keep on adding more weight as u go along. ur body gets used to the amount of weight u use and ur muscles will not rip, recover and grow.

i’m like this. i find drinking protein shakes help a lot. my protein shake has 2000 calories in it. if u can’t drink it all at once, u can have half of it in the morning, and half of it another time in the day. i hate peanut butter but i still put it in my protein shake because it has a decent amount of calories in it.

I’m 12, 5’5 , and weight 90 lbs. I get skinny shamed a lot and I hate my body so much. I tried to gain weight by Exercising and eating healthy but I lost a pound and my aunt said I look thinner which got me really depressed abt my weight. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Hey girl, I’m 5’7” and my weight ranges from 105-115 lbs. My mom was built the same way when she was little, and I don’t have a huge appetite so that doesn’t help. I think I weighed about the same as you when I was your age (I’m 18 now). As I got older, I filled in a little more around the hips and legs area even though I’m definitely not thic yet lmao. Be patient! I know what it’s like to want the boobs and butt lots of other girls are getting at your age but I promise you will get there. I think one of the things that also helped me gain weight was joining track! I run distance so I gained a bunch of weight (muscle) in my legs and got up to 115 lbs! If distance isn’t your thing, sprinting is fun too, and tons of those girls are super ripped! Exercising definitely gets you an appetite if you don’t have one already. Just make sure not to overdo it and to eat enough, so that you don’t end up losing weight. Weight gain won’t happen over night. But as you get older and you WILL gain! And even now, don’t worry about being thin. I used to be super concerned with it, especially worrying about others opinions. People would make fun of my bones poking out and say stuff like “eat a hamburger.” It used to really bother me until I realized that most of these people were heavier and probably jealous. I have a good group of friends and I’ve even had some guys interested, although not until I was older. My main point is, if people can’t see past your skinniness, they don’t deserve to know you! You are worth so much more than what your body looks like, especially since your body is still developing. Once I understood this, I was happier with myself and I had a great high school experience. As for your aunt, relatives say the same thing to me. Whenever I get upset, I just remind myself that they’re probably jealous or something. I’ve never understood why it’s ok to skinny shame when it’s not ok to fat shame. Lots of people don’t know it hurts us skinny girls too, and I feel you. Hopefully this helped a little 💖💖

I exercise regularly and I love it. I lift heavy weights and I try to increase my weight every week. However, my eating is what throws me off. I'm a nurse and I dont always get to take breaks so a lot of times I go for hours without eating a meal and when I'm finally home I'm so tired I just want to sleep. Any tips anyone?

I'm the same for some reason the protein powders don't agree with my body what so ever! I've been weight gaining for a while now and I make my own peanut butter, banana and almond milk smoothie. I have it after ever workout and it works just as good as protein powders. Plus it's all natural! 1 whole banana 2tbsp peanut butter 1/2 cup of almond milk (You can use any milk of your choice though, doesn't have to be almond) Hope this helps!

No I wouldn’t recommend it, I took Apitamin for a long time. It’s really bad for you, ALOT of side affects, it weakens your bones
