I went to internship... gained experience and worked for 3 weeks and it didn't work out the manager was too busy to even train me I felt so useless

Don’t give up it happens. Just try to apply with education you have. And move up once you gain more experience hands on

I understand how you feel when I was in medical assistant school and had my externship the person I trained with was not good most trainers really don't want to train you they fast train or they just doing it to get the bonus that some companies give so I suggest have 2 places lined up just in case one don't work out
