Hi . Thx for the video. I own a Prestige A4 and running DigitalFactory Cadlink software. My biggest pain point is getting that nice layer of white ink on top of the printed image the way your print finished in the video. I get runny ink images at times , not enough white and i am wasting film and ink constantly as a result. Underbase vs underbase abd highlight , max ink strength etc i have adjusted and still cant seem to get it right. No videos out there really touch on my specific issue and offer resolution . Can you help?

Unfortunately, most of the problems with DTF printers are specific to white ink. The problem with this color of ink is complex and has many causes. As you know, the white color does not exist. Therefore, the method of manufacturing this ink is different from the rest of the inks. It has a high density and you cannot use it from anywhere. Without having a stirring tool to distribute its density, however, according to our experiences, problems with white ink covering the printed material have several causes, I will list them according to the degree to which they occur to customers: 1- Check the print head nozzles if all of them are open, and if some of them are closed, you may sometimes have to manually clean the head. 2- Put the head cleaning material on the print head cap daily. After you finish working on the printer, do the head cleaning process the next day before printing. 3- Make sure you have a pump to move the ink in order to distribute its density. 4- Change the ink quality if you are using inks different from those of the manufacturer.

Our colors aren't right. Our corals turn bright orange and some other shades of red to pink are off too. Then the cream colors turn coral peach color. Is there a way to change something to fix?

hey guys do you have perhaps XP600 colour profiles, cant get my cyan correct. Its printing dark blue or navy blue and red is more maroon. Really need help please. My printer is a mycolour 30cm. TIA

Your red might be missing... try a nozzle test or wash... its the red
