Hi, I am new to DTF transfers. I have bought different designs from different providers mostly from Etsy but I have not transferred the designs yet. However, I have also bought from My Crafty Store and I transferred a couple of their designs not sure how they should feel but to me feel a bit plasticky! Do you have a video where you can show the difference or how dtf transfers should feel to the touch. Thank you! Ps. I just ordered from your store:)

Hello. my epson xp15000 is converted to DTF and using AcroRip11. It was printing fine. All of a sudden the beginning of the printing turns out stretched. I printed an image just fine, then I wanted to print the same image again and that's when it started. Example. If I wanted to print a circular image, it would come out like an egg/oval shape. I have uninstalled the software and installed it, and still keeps printing like that. Any idea of what could be? Thank you.

You need to ask your ink and/or printer supplier for an ICC profile. This tells your rip software how to print the colors. You can also get one custom made

Hey Brother, does your Audley let you do 2 white passes? In other words, can you do 200% white for a nice and vibrant print?
@merchstudio Жыл бұрын
Hi! We don't have 200% printing, but 100% white is for 6-passes.
@merchstudio Жыл бұрын
I just saw a Cadlink RIP software update so I thought I'd come back and give you a better reply. With the RIP I have, white only passes once so the % max white is the same throughout the image except for when the ink underneath is black. In Cadlink DF v.11, you can now adjust highlight white so that you can make it 100% highlight white despite your white UB settings. They made this to mimic the white passes.
@flaviosouza5709 Жыл бұрын
@@merchstudio I really appreciate your response! I have been looking strongly into getting an Audley printer and I was wondering if it would have the same options my STS Mutoh rip has. I can get really bright whites but only with multiple passes, which takes forever. They did a good job with the rip but the printer sucks and you can only buy inks from them (smart chip cards) and they charge you an arm and a leg for it.
@merchstudio Жыл бұрын
@@flaviosouza5709 Oh dang! I'm pretty happy with the amount of white I get but Cadlink Rip v11 will definitely change the game once it's stable. Printer's pretty flexible from an ink standpoint, but some inks can cause clogging more than others.

@MrEarnxtracash Жыл бұрын
@@merchstudio it’s done with swatches, but you can make your own ICCs, even with maintop and the mini as well I believe. The only part that sucks is flexi costs like 30 a month now I think. I use maintop for my DTF and Sublimation printers. You have an Audley as I have two, and their ICCs are pretty sharp lately. I deal directly with Audley and I work with their support team and they fix any color issues that arise. I tried cadlink with these machines and their support team didn’t have any idea how to get these printers working with their RIP which stopped me from upgrading to DTF wide format. Another thing I noticed is that users that use cadlink with senyang head/main boards tend to have issues… another reason why I stick with maintop
