Definitely great tips. I wonder how many people are actually capable of shooting well enough to realize a benefit. Worked in a pro shop years ago, and I saw a lot of people worry about things that wouldn't make a lick of difference based on their abilities. I'm certain there are those that will benefit though. Good stuff.

Great tips Josh and a great addition to the more in depth arrow building video. There is another squaring device from Lumenok that can square fletched arrows. Its about half the price but it doesn't use roller bearings like the firenock does so it tends to leave little lines on the arrow. Doesn't bother me any. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I remove all the branding off my arrows also. It lookd cooler and you can cut from either direction. Also you can use slow cure epoxy to spin the half inserts or outserts and they will never come out after they set up over night. Ive had some hot melt tips come off in a foam target a few times so I switched to slow cure epoxy.

Hey Josh , First thing I love my nose button, Second thing is a simple tip that gives a good visual on squaring a arrow. Just take a sharpie I use silver so it is easy to see and color the end of the arrow tip that is getting squared. as u square it the sharpie comes off and will show your low spots . sand till it is all gone and you will know its perfectly square.

Well lets see, since I started shooting the nose button in February i have ruined at least a dozen arrows and refuse to shoot 30 yards and closer with my bow and now I’m starting to do the same thing at 40 yards and ruin some arrows. My groups at 50 and 60 yards have drastically improved to point that I’m not overly concerned with losing arrows and confident in shooting at those yardages. I can definitely say that the nose button has improved my accuracy. It have one on each of my bows. These arrow tips will help me later on when i start building my own arrows in the future. Great video.
