Just bought this app, and it's amazing :-) Thank you for this tool. I have one request: could you speak a little slower, especially with complicated words? I know the Spanish are the fastest speaking people in the world, but that only works well with Spanish... Don't be angry, I just want to learn 🙂

Thanks, Raphael. I have planned a Milky Way shoot in the Sierras (Temple Crag), but forgot, no internet. Now I'm good. I have Gais app in phone, so I have map and position without internet, if I download map beforehand when I have internet. I'm calling it the dynamic duo, Photopills and Gaia. John

Sweet! And yes, once there, you can use the Night AR Pill to check where the MW will be. And it should match your Plan :)

Thanks, Raphael, I am planning a Milky Way shoot in the Sierras (Temple Crag, North Fork of Big Pine Creek). I have the plan all set, but forgot about no internet. Now, I'm set. I have Gaia app on my phone and when I download the map beforehand with cell service, I have full functionality even when offline using the phone's gps. I'm calling it the dynamic duo....Photopills and Gaia.

Good tips, thanks! For tip #1, what's the quickest way to get your current position into the sun and moon pills?

By default the Sun, Moon and Night Ar pills are using your current position. But tap on Settings (at the top right hand corner inside the pills) and then Position. And make sure you have the Autodetect on :)
