I feel for dude in the second story. Stalking needs to be taken seriously because, male or female, they are displaying serious behavioral issues. And people like that only get worse over time. It's women like the one is story 2 (Susan?) that make it more difficult for actual sexual assault victims to come forward and be believed. As a woman, I am disgusted and furious with her *and* the OPs ex. Like, there was evidence that Susan was pursuing him and he wasn't biting. And while the gf was HORRENDOUS for ditching him because HE was victimized, and she WAS despicable. This for me, is actually the one bright spot. He was going to propose to THAT WOMAN. That fair weather woman. HE LUCKED OUT, FINDING OUT WHO SHE REALLY WAS, AND NOT MARRYING HER. I hope this whole experience teaches him to take life more seriously. Being victimized does that for a lot of us. And it's actually a wonderful thing. We end up choosing much more wisely in all arenas, and being better people ourselves, because we see how vital our choices are. Second story is disgusting. Falsely accusing someone of rape is one of the most heinous things a person can do to someone. It destroys a person's reputation, ruins lives, and even forces some men to commit suicide. It's also incredibly harmful and insulting to actual victims of rape. The charges, penalty and sentence for someone who gives a false rape accusation should be the same as a man convicted of rape. At least then they would know and experience what they'd be putting an innocent man through, had they been wrongly convicted of rape. That would also severely reduce the number of false accusations and then we'd be able to get a more precise percentage of how many women are ACTUALLY raped vs how many women lie about rape.

my brother-in-law had an obessed co-worker who constantly made advances at him. she then went on to complain to higher-ups that he'd been sexually harassing her, when he told her to please leave him alone. he ended up losing his job because of the situation and now my sister and him are still trying to recover financially after more than a year (maybe even 2 years at this point). he'd been dealing with depression, ptsd and social anxiety even before all that happened, i imagine this shit must have only made those issues so much worse. usually i'm not like this, especially because this woman has to most definitely be menatlly ill, but... i hope something really really REALLY fucking bad happens to her, i have no sympathy for this person.

It's such a specific piece of information, who knows what quarter of a mile they are from work? Why remember that detail in the middle of telling your creepy story.
