in my school we have 5 sax players. this is how it goes, 1st chair - "im better than all of you" (he plays robotically), 2nd chair - "im louder than you" (she is literally the voice of the 1st altos, 3rd chair - "idk" (he plays so quiet sometimes i gotta wonder wheres at in the music), 4th chair - "too much" (I play too many instruments and sax being my main, im only 2nd alto most songs but im the one to not practice and still sound decent.), 5th chair - "noob" (he is new at band stuff but hes improved dramatically)

Litteraly happened my sophmore year of high school a freshmen named tomas sat next to me thought he was better then everyone else. He could play notes good not before hes always barried in his music, always rushes, breaks countless reads i let him barrow my vandorean JAVA reed.... SNAP. Even right before a concert bruh. And the 2 biggesr things the side talking so much and would act immature and inappropitate. Soon as i would get his attention my teacher would look and bam dropped grade obvisously i had an A 94% but i still wanted that hundred. And the last biggest thing always play careless wisper sounding so dry and airy aswell as playing the blues scale which he did terribley at. And he would tell people F you or your B for not getting his way. Hes very much 5'1 so he gets beat up pretty often but never quit his attitude he yelled the N word in the hallway and wondered why he got beat up and suspended Hard R

I used to be the third one. My director threatened to put up a “careless whisper free zone” sign in the band room and he gave me ideas of other things to play.
