it seems to be there, it really seems like a fascinating video. These restaurants, although very different, work very well

Superb videos. Fyi, your intro font is very small for standard sized mobile screens. Or my eyes are just naff.

For $150, I do *not* want a TV in my room showing me food.

The flavor in Cantonese Cuisine is in the FRESHNESS of the the ingredients; not masked over by too much sichuan chili peppers.

Cantonese cuisine is mainly focusing the cooking technique and the texture of the dish. Not necessary always expensive ingredients except seafood.

You must be a good party member to eat there. Will the residents of Hong Kong eat so well? Tanks for the memories...... Enjoy your tofu.

$669 for five dimsum @@??? that's a sky high pricing! the Cha Shiu pork may be fine but even HK's 3-star Michelin would not cost that much for the other dimsum!

A lot of KZbinrs I follow are in China now. I wonder if this is somehow sponsored? Not that I mind, personally wouldn't think twice about going to China and recording videos if I was in that position, just curious. There is a lot of anti China propaganda around and now after the pandemic that we're getting a glimpse of what's going on there, it does seem like, with all its faults, they are living in the future.
