本物のマーボー豆腐食べてみたいな。日本だと豆腐の段階で偽物だからね大豆5粒か6粒で固める薬で固めてあるだけで昔の豆腐は私たちは食べたこともないし見たこともないのだからさ。中国の豆腐はどういう豆腐なのかもわからないし昔の豆腐のように荒縄で縛ってもって代えてた時代のしろものだったら全く違う感触で味も違うだろうね。日本で作り方を学んでアメリカで本物の豆腐を作っている人もいるのだという話も聞いたことはあるけど見たことはないんだよね。ここからでしょう使う調味料の違いとか作り方が違うところってさ中国が日本の漢字を取り入れたからメニューは読めるものもあるけどきっと別物だよね。
