There is a pubmed study that shows that if you take sodium bicarbonate with aspirin as a buffering agent it prevents stomach/intestinal damage from the aspirin. I’m not sure where you got the idea that it will cause the aspirin to damage your stomach if taken with it. Using sodium bicarbonate with aspirin works great at preventing stomach or kidney irritation. Here’s how I do it: a heaping half teaspoon of bicarbonate per 2 aspirin. Dissolve the aspirin in 8 oz water and then add the bicarbonate and stir til it’s dissolved. Drink. If you want it dissolved even better, use 4 oz of water initially and then add 4 oz of boiling water.

@@PHL82 It’s definitely mentally/emotionally intense! Yet, those optimal after effects are most definitely worth it, if the fasts are performed properly and broken with nutrient dense light broth/soup. 💪 Those 97+% of ppl don’t realize what they’re missing out on by being too emotionally & physically attached to food! Actually, if they did fast and when they return to eating, their desires for higher energy/quality foods would increase as those low energy foods they previously ate wouldn’t even taste as good & provide the same satisfaction. Higher & Greater experiences await the person willing to do the work! 🚀✨

Why Do you only mention DHA? EPA and DPA are very important in the formation of other SPMs. A great example is the T-series resolving or resolvins just to name a few.
@chrismasterjohn
@chrismasterjohn Жыл бұрын
EPA can only make resolvins in the presence of aspirin, unless by chance you get gut metabolites from it. It is a pharmacological rather than nutritional approach.
@londonmm
@londonmm Жыл бұрын
@@chrismasterjohn This is incorrect. EPA is directly used to produce resolvin E series without aspirin. However aspirin can stimulate synthesis RvE1 and 2 via human recombinant 5-LO and LTA4H. You also forgot DPA derived SPMs. I highly recommend looking into Charles Serhan for further information.

hey Doctor, i think i suffer from a form of neuroinflammation for many years. I tried everithing from lifestyle changes to supplementation, the only thing that helped was when i tried fish oil for the very first time in my life. The first week or so it impacted my mood and my sense of smell (a tingling like it was reactivating olfactory bulbs if it makes sense) but unfortunately the benefits faded and i was never been able to replicate it even buying the best brands of fish oil and playing around with dosage. Could it be my body is not efficient converting efas to spms and the initial benefit was there because i had "unused" enzymes that I wiped supplementing with fish oil for the first time? Could I bypass this by supplementing with oils that contain ready to use spms?
