I have a TON of biweekly work. Last year it literally rained a week straight and I had to push back every single customer a week to reset the schedule. Other than that usually I keep a Saturday open to shift people down a day

I personally always do +/- 1 or 2 days on every job on schedule, however rain outs are super frequent here in Puerto Rico so we do the best we can to tackle as many properties we have for the week as soon as possible, meaning we could get to have more off days than planned when we get to all of them early. Most of our customers are biweekly or even triweekly tho, so we can’t skip (almost nobody, only about 3/50, has wanted weekly mows in our area, and some people want or are accustomed to monthly mows but monthly isn’t very good economically for us so our middle ground is having triweekly mows)

@@TheWillKelly here in central Florida we got 5 days of rain last week, 4-10 inches depending on area, first year with a FULL schedule and the rain killed me. Great video!
