my dominant leg is on front! in my starts i am weak in the core section. what could I do?

Great video! One question though, do you find it better to do strength workouts concentrating on one area of your body? (I.e one day upper body one day lower body one day explosive) or combination of them all into one day every day?

When we swim, do we swim either only with our upper body or lower body? If we are a regular swimmer with normal schedule - train it all. If masters swimmer swimming less and lifting more, then it's a different story
