Hey Denis, I was wondering if you could provide some streamline focused exercises, that build speed and power in the streamline. I am assuming this would involve hip-flexors, abs, and quads exercises

Hey Denis how are you? I was wondering when do we do the slams faster, like a quick transition between one repetition and another more like a speed based exercise

Hey big boy! What do you mean? When we do MB work its always fast. The closer the the championships, the faster. Mid season, heavier balls and little slower reps are fine for strength and power endurance - does this help?
