I've told you on here before that morote tended to give me elbow issues, but last month, some senpais helped me out with my arm positioning and now I can do it pain-free; they gave tips that you gave here with the arm's positioning, and also the levels for your body to enter and execute properly.

Great video. I would suggest something for the Tsurite. Instead of trying to reach Uke’s armpit with your elbow, you can actually let the kuzushi do the work. While you turn, let your arm place itself without constraint. Tori’s elbow can even be under Uke’s elbow. Seoi nage is a back carry, not a back lift throw With that, injuries are non existent. Keep up the good work, nice to see you instructing

Very smooth technique. I can never get this one correct. Always hurt my wrist and elbow no matter how I grip or turn my arm.

Yeah, it's a surprisingly tricky one. If you have a video of you doing the technique and you want me to have a look at it for any assistance, please send it over and I'll have a look for you.

great video, but you need to have the music fade out when your speaking so we can hear your instructions lol

Thank you. I appreciate the advice, but the music is the better of two evils. The room echos quite badly, so the music helps with covering up that. I will drop the music volume in the next video.
