Im not used to play with metronome .. i use my feet instead ... but how do we know we are in correct rythm if we are not using the metronome or feet? I try to count by heart but it makes me feel unease while playing...

I find that most classical guitarists do not understand true rhythm. Music should have a flow that makes your body dance and flow in a wavy pattern.
