@@IncreasePerformance Thanks for asking! I personally have trouble with breakaways (I try to do the Mitch Korn "Y" thing), and screens. Which is stuff you may have covered in previous videos, I'll check. Other than that, I just watch your videos & take what I can from them. I'm not a youth goalie trying to make the Show, so not all of the drills work for my old bones. But it's all still very good, solid, fundamental technique! If I have a request later on, do you have an email address?

Would you do a video on how to utilize the posts to be better square to the shooter? Meaning, pushing off from the post and knowing where they are behind you? I guess being post aware and knowing how much space you’re giving up?

Nice haircut dude! And I've only used bungee toe ties and I've decided to try laces instead. So I'm just wondering how to set them up on my pads

For my set up I made about 4-5 knots close to the toe cap so my pad can accept the post in the rvh … with the knots it will be all preference … the knots give you the space between the skate and the pad … hope this helps
