Great video and advice, though going from a contractor to employee shouldnt really cost more, just different paperwork. Also, you do tell the contractor when to show up, rules, company policy, etc. They still work for you and represent your business. If anything, a contractor may cost less because you're not paying all their overhead, company profit, etc. I think what you really meant by contractor is "friend".

Oscar , what do you think if i start with full price like all they other detailers around me but give a discount let say 25 or 20% out of the original price so when i am ready to raise my price it would by much easier because i already set my original price, what do you think ?
