One of the things that I've learned detailing since 96 when I used to do cars for 25 bucks a pop. That money is nothing when it's that low you just don't notice it because you're doing so many cars and breaking your back. Now that I charge $275 for a base car hand wash wax and shampoo I know I need to charge more but I'm here in the Midwest in Peoria Illinois everything is going to be $300 and up

would love to hear about other scenarios where you had an issue. how did you handle other things like damage to plastics? do you just tell the customer and ask them what they'd like to do? Let the customer decide what they feel needs to be done to make it right?

Great video and advice, though going from a contractor to employee shouldnt really cost more, just different paperwork. Also, you do tell the contractor when to show up, rules, company policy, etc. They still work for you and represent your business. If anything, a contractor may cost less because you're not paying all their overhead, company profit, etc. I think what you really meant by contractor is "friend".

In my pool business, there is similar in terms of the review coming to the wrong company. There is a company with a similar name on the West Coast of Florida. It takes time though. That's the hard part. To remove it I mean.
