What happens if I bought a call option contract and it goes into the money, but I do not have the money to buy 100 shares from the seller? Can I still profit from the contract by selling to close the contract without buying 100 shares? If it expires in the money, and I still don't have the money to buy 100 shares then will Fidelity automatically exercise the contract, and leave me in debt? Thank you.

You provide a platform for SP 500 company CEOs to make more money on their stock ownership plan. Shame on you Fidelity

I have a question, I made a transfer from my checking account to my Fidelity account but it will take almost a month to be available, do you know why it takes so long to be available?, that does not make sense to me The amount appears in my fidelity account but I won’t be able to use it to trade until more than three weeks from the transfer date.

Thanks for reaching out to us. There may be an extended hold period for check deposits and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) requests submitted through Fidelity platforms. You can review the collection date for a recent deposit by following these steps on Fidelity.com once logged in: 1. Click the "Accounts & Trade” tab and select “Portfolio” 2. From the Portfolio screen, select the appropriate account 3. Once the account is in view, select the “Balances” tab and review your balance details under “Available to withdraw.” Please note that funds received via Transfer of Assets (TOA), bank wire, or direct deposit (pushed from another institution to Fidelity) are considered fully collected upon receipt, and are available for immediate use. We encourage you to consider these methods for time-sensitive transactions.

@ I appreciate your help!!! But I thought the companies make their process easier and less expensive, in the past time using the way that I used on this time the money was able to trade in less than one week, now instead of being better it is worse, Thank you for your patience..
