Great video. Question, with Fidelity will I need to set up a separate account to trade options? I currently have an account with Fidelity for my Roth IRA and Rollover IRA. Am I able to use my Roth account to trade options?

Thanks for bringing us your question, Robert. We're happy to help. We can confirm that our IRAs, including Roth and Rollover IRAs, are eligible for options tier 1 trading. This is the only level granted within IRAs. You can learn more about this by checking out the link below. Don’t understand why options have a high break even
@fidelityinvestments2 ай бұрын
Hi there-thanks for your question! Let's discuss the break-even point in options trading. The break-even point is the stock price(s) at which an options strategy results in neither a profit nor a loss. This figure is calculated based on the strike price, purchase price, and other factors, depending on the type of order entered. For this reason, the break-even point will vary depending on the type of options strategy being employed. We've compiled tons of great resources to help you learn about options on the page below: Options Trading Education & Resources: www.fidelity.com/options-trading/education If you think of any other questions, feel free to reach back out; we're always happy to help. Otherwise, have a great rest of your day! Options trading entails significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. Certain complex options strategies carry additional risk.
