A primary purpose of Vastu is to prevent sick building or sick room syndrome; 2) Ghee is not mentioned, but that is probably mostly or entirely what is shown in the videos, and the primary traditional substance to burn to purify the space in India. Imho not likely that any other oil or substance to create light will have much of a purifying effect. 3) If you burn anything in your bedroom overnight to create light, it will reduce melatonin production, essential for proper and complete rest. Ideally, no light at all should be in the bedroom at night to sleep. 4) Please provide a detailed or step by step description of Punya Pooja? Thanks again.
