Option 3 worked for me, but when I get to the options menu and try and press OK, it won't go to the next menu and let me click factory reset. I can't even go up and down on the menu. Can you advise?

Oh ok is it ur TV or r u in a hotel. Sometimes if its a retail mode then it can be changed easily but if the tv is from a hotel that u r staying in then you need to ask then.
