3 Ways to Share Slides as Virtual Background on Zoom

In this video I show 3 ways to share content as a virtual background in Zoom (the 3rd way works better if you have virtual backgrounds turned OFF!)
1. Creating slides in PowerPoint (widescreen), and saving as pictures to upload as virtual backgrounds--easy if you can use virtual backgrounds, but not great if you have a lot of slides.
2. Using the Advanced Share feature in Zoom to use slides as your virtual background--also easy if you can use virtual backgrounds, but everyone might not see this view if they don't have an upgraded version of Zoom, plus the recording won't show this view, but only the slides and video separately.
3. Using Prezi Video (my first time . . . so it's a little awkward)--this does look "cool" but I'm not 100% thrilled because of the goofy templates, and because it might not completely work if you use a virtual background.

You can also...export an entire PPT (or Keynote) presentation as images, then add them as a group from the Zoom backgrounds page. They will go into your backgrounds as a set in order. That way you don't have to wait for a PPT to load, and you can go back and forth among the images if you need to. Then after doing a presentation for one group, you can either just add another one, or you can delete all the slides you don't need from your background. The only hassle is that you have to keep the background piece open to be able to move among slides. I just push it over to the side. A little bit of practice helps.

Good video. I just did a test and it saves the overlaid version but not the participant video on top.

It would be great to have that option activated in my pc. It appears in grey and with a small message saying that my pc doesn't support that beta sharing ppt as background option. With Prezi vídeo, my windows 8.1 doesn't support it.
