I’m so glad Jes! I’m really glad actually. I get nervous posting every video because, well, you do get criticism. And when you are hormonal and vulnerable, that’s never good for your health really. But I also think it’s important to show my version of postpartum and motherhood. Everyone’s is a bit different, but if someone watches this and relates and feels more ‘normal’ and at ease, then I reckon I’ve done a good job of being on here! I really do want people to watch and feel comforted and like they have a place to come and fit in. I’m so glad that you feel like that and I am SO excited for you! xx

Ive watched your videos for over a year now, so ive followed your pregnancy the whole way through, i have 3 children and im currently pregnant with baby number 4, i truly believe going from 2-3 is the easiest transition, once youve got your grove you'll be fine, it takes about 6 weeks to get into the swing of things properly. Oh boy do I feel you with the body image/identity crisis that comes after having a baby. I find it’s a day by day thing. Yesterday I felt fine, today, emotional and self conscious. It is such an emotional mine field battling the regret about your body changing (esp. following final pregnancies like ours) and the frustration that your body hasnt changed enough to fit pre pregnancy clothes. I think you are perfectly justified to feel like that, just be kind to yourself, you sound as though you have great and realistic goals.

It’s so up and down isn’t it! I think there’s a realisation this time that this is our body again. After years of growing babies. And now it’s the chance to make it our own and be fit and healthy. 3 weeks post baby here and the bleeding is driving me crazy. I just want to go back to not panicking every-time i feel damp 😩 also feel you on the leaky boobs. Our breast feeding journey had to end earlier than i wanted and both of mine still leak constantly, its so annoying :( love your updates xx

Ah thank you Grace! I do wonder what my body will be like a bit further down the line. It’s hard not to be critical of it sometimes isn’t it? As for boys and girls - I’d say it’s more down to personality than gender. Though a lot of friends of mine actually say that girls are more independent and feisty and it certainly matches with my Daisy. I love her for it! My boys are certainly a little softer and calmer! xx
