3 x Fruit Condensed Milk Buttercream - Peach - Raspberry - Mango

Raspberry Cream:
Silky and fruity cream made from raspberries, condensed milk and buttercream. Excellent for cupcakes, cake and dessert frosting:-)
Ingredients:
Raspberry Cream:
• 500 g butter unsalted
• 350 g condensed milk
• 2 tsp vanilla paste or extract (optional)
Raspberry Coulis:
• 200 g frozen raspberries
• 100 g sugar granulated
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
Peach Cream:
This Peach Condensed Milk Cream is full of fruity flavor. Perfect for summer frosting cupcakes, cakes and other desserts. In this video you can also find tips for peach pairing flavors.
Ingredients:
• 200 g - 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
• 250 g - 8,8 oz butter unsalted at room temperature
• 350 g - 12,3 oz peaches canned in syrup
• orange food gel color (optional)
Mango Cream:
A tropical, fruity and fresh taste of mango you can feel in this cream. Is a great for cupcakes, desserts and cake frosting! Very easy recipe.
Ingredients:
• 500 g - 3 ¾ cup - butter unsalted
• 400 g - 1 ½ cup - condensed milk
• 2 tsp vanilla paste or extract (optional)
• 300 g - 2 cup - frozen or fresh mango cubes
• 100 g - ½ cup - sugar granulated
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
