I’m combining quite a few of my locs and I just put some really nice loc jewelry on them so you can avoid the rubber band. I watched one of your older videos when your locs were babies and you did them with Cantu. I think you did an awesome job then, and look at your locs now, sis! Your energy is great and fun!

Your locs are perfectly you - straight or crinkled! They do condense over time as they mature - normal part of the process. The twists or braids do bump up the voluminous look, but it also compressed even more the individual loc, so good to let them breathe a bit between twisting, so they can fluff out a bit now and then😉 They are very becoming on you...you’re adorable! Lol I combined the same two Locs on that same side of my Hair and I have the double headed dragon too . I’m going through the same struggle . The roots are locked but idk how to Lock the end part😩😭

Twist it, put a rubber band on it, and over time (a good amount) it will slowly merge. You can also crochet them together which is quicker.

Glad you made a loc video I'm on my second set only 3 months in my last set I woulda been right with you at 3 years I originally started with you and subbed wayyyy back when you started yours but ended up combing my last set out cause they were too big in size so hopefully my new set will look great in a few years

You are so pretty and genuine and your locs are absolutely gorgeous! I've had mine for a little over two years now and I'm looking forward to them growing down to my feet. Thinking about creating a mixture of ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, salad dressing, mayonnaise, corn bread, mashed potatoes, collard greens and maybe just a lil' bit of honey in a spray bottle to help me accomplish my goals. I use loc jewelry on the ends of my combined locs 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve only worn my locs straight but as I’m approaching two years, and they’re just about to my shoulder, I might try to do twist or braids 🤔

Beautiful sis! If you just leave the two heads twisted, eventually they can merge. For me, it took a couple years. Crochet is instant.
