you have to heat the custard enough that it doesnt go lumpy but does thicken.. by stirring continuously as it thickens to stop lumps.

I'm not sure what instructions you followed for the custard, but custard powder gives you that nice, really yellow type custard and you'd be best to follow the instructions on the custard powder tin, it should be foolproof (sorry! 😜) stirring continuously with a whisk is best, probably not a good idea leaving it to chat to camera eh! Still, we live learn 😊👍

ALSOOOOO babe I've heard really good things about a place called My Thai if you like Thai food and I think there's a place in Ancoats called Squid Ink which supposedly has a great selection of Asian dishes if you're missing those. Haven’t tried Franco Manca yet but I’ve been wanting to ever since I saw some KZbinrs in London go there and then heard it came to Manchester! @@BellaDiary Yum love sourdough! haha I always try to be one video ahead of myself and only upload once a week (every sunday) so I have gotten into a good habit of staying on top of it. When I've uploaded twice a week, it becomes overwelming and thats when I procastinate on editing etc. 😉😁

You didn't keep stirring the custard until it thickened. It is no use pushing it around in the saucepan for a few seconds and then walking away and talking to the camera for a few minutes. It wasn't a shit recipe it's just that you did not pay enough attention to the baking. In fact you spent more time talking to the camera than preparing the custard properly.

Would you ever move to Canada or get a working holiday visa? Is it true that Australia is a boring country since I been to almost all the states like Queensland,new south wale, Victoria ,Tasmania and south Australia it was fun.I haven’t been to Northern Territory or Western Australia like Perth yet is it worth going to Perth to travel is so far away haha? Next year I’m planning to go to Darwin but Perth is far away. Thank you for the response.

@@BreakingJJC I have thought about trying out Canada, so maybe one day! If you have been to alot of the states then you need to judge for yourself whether its boring or not haha. I never said Australia was boring. If you have been to most states and you are even going to Darwin then yes go to Perth. Western Australia is amazing and there is lots to see if you have never been.. You're best to get out of the city, rent a car an explore. I haven't been up north but I love visiting the wine region down south. When I go back to see family and friends hopefully next year I will be able to film more videos on Western Australia 😄

You can in a way, probably moreso a Northern English twang. It's when you say "actually" early on in the video. I live in Liverpool but grew up on the inbetween lands of the Manc and Souse so knowv accent well! 😂 Manchester is a great place.

Paint It Cerulean I’ve looked at a few recipes and not many have banana. I then read it’s a local thing in Manchester and Liverpool........so whoever wrote the recipes clearly were not local 😜
