Usually reset limits or hold the set button

If you can access the back of the motor you’ll need to remove the rear top cover, rear centre cover, front light cover and circuit board screws. Then you can feed another string up from the bottom to the link on the motor clutch

Hey mate, I've got the slightly older b&d firmamatic with the same new remote, but when I'm pushing the button on the remote their isn't the little red light showing that it's getting the signal, do you have any tips on how to solve this?

If it’s not getting a signal it’s usually not compatible. - I think blue or green antenna wire for red remotes - if it’s got a white antenna wire it will be the older remotes

Same remote ? If you press any button you should get a light come on the motor to make sure it’s compatible
