I dont know why, maybe its just me, but it seems like the best drawings are the ones you've done on your own OFF camera. They look neater, more creative and life you had a lot of fun thinking about abstract ideas and working on them. I dont know what that says about you, but I know that as an artist when we are more isolated in order to do art without expectations we tend to do much better! Always have fun when drawing, that's what its all about! I loved it overal!l

A tip for drawing body proportions and stuff, try taking a picture of yourself in any pose and try sketching that picture onto your paper. To make it easier, you could break up your body into seperate parts (on the drawing) so you know which one goes where.

@@Echo-Of-Noise Tutorials can be very beneficial in some circumstances, such as learning how to draw certain elements (lighting, anatomy, etc.). Even if the turotial is how the artist behind it personally does it, it is always great to incorporate elements from other styles into your own. Also, the "do it yourself" sort of mentality when it comes to learning is not very healthy. Help is needed. References will get you so far, unfortunately.

I love how you always try new things and improve based on those. I'm always afraid of trying new things cause I feel really bummed out when I try to draw something nice and it doesn't turn out as good as I hope. I think my real fear of that started from when I drew a really good sketch using a pencil (I normally don't use pencils, I just draw straight with ball point pens) and since I don't really enjoy lining I decided I'd try it out and I ended up messing up the whole thing. I haven't tried doing anything out of my comfort zone since. But watching this video, your optimism when it comes to trying new things and your creativity, it really moved me to just take my chances and go for it. I feel a lot better about trying new things now. Thank you!

Every time you mention how much you don’t like one of hour pieces it’s usually always my fave. That pink page is my absolute faaaavveeee. But I am really keen on pinks. Pink is my favorite to work with, especially neons, and contrasting it with neon blue and purple. *BUT* earth tones are really nice to work with as well, I just can’t always visualize in earthy tones... Interesting how our minds can differ, from artist to artist.

When you mentioned The Secret of kells, it sounded familiar. So I looked it up and aparently ive been looking for this movie since my childhood, because I saw it once and I loved it but never saw it again. Ever since then I've had memories and dreams pop up about this movie and I've wondered what movie it was. I would honestly buy a book of these. They are eerily beautiful, and it's oddly satisfying how neat your squares are for each picture. If you did a picture book like, maybe with a loose plot or tie-in between all of them (like those poetry books or collection of short stories that are all roughly about the same person/place/idea). I think that'd be suuuper cool and I'd pick one up (if I could afford it 😂)
