I absolutely love this line. The first time I used it however, the chocolate conditioner did dry my hair out a little and I wasn't fully impressed. The floral scent was also not my favorite. The 2nd time I used this line... I detangled and pre-pooed for 30 mins, rinsed and then I went in with chocolate conditioner, and followed up with the shampoo. That order worked better for me. I then used the bonnet dryer with the heat activated mask with my dryer on medium heat for 30 mins and I loved my results. My hair was soft, shiny, defined and moisturized.

I find that a microwavable heat cap works better for deep conditioning. It TRULY changed the game!!!!! HotHeads is the brand that I use.

Lol at you and that bonnet! Maybe you can try leaving the bonnet fully open without pulling the drawstrings. I have one of these attachments (another brand), and mine didn't come with a drawstring. The air just comes down around my head like a normal hooded dryer and it stays on. When it gets too hot, I put a towel around my ears. Thanks for your review! I love that you used the deep conditioner and the regular conditioner in different sides to compare. Most reviewers didn't do that.

When using the bonnet attachment you have to have your blow dryer on the low setting for it to not fly off.

That blow dryer doesn't come with a air flow setting, only Temperature setting, its either Cold, low or high. Even on low setting it still hot and air kinda high. They should have attached a clip or latch to the bonnet attachment for her to clip it under her chin.

You use the conditioner and correctly. If you're going to compare conditioner then compare with another conditioner...not with a deep conditioner. A deep conditioner and a conditioner are two different products but two different methods. That is why your conditioner side is dry.

It’s a $20/monthly subscription with $5 shipping. It ships anywhere around the 12-15th of each month and they bill you for the following month on the 15th. It always has at least 5 full size products. And they usually throw in accessories and discount cards to somewhere. They also sell alot of the non-subscription boxes that have great stuff in them. Sometimes better, honestly. But either way, it’s hard to get locked in/subscribed because they get alot of foot traffic online so you have to keep trying but still be patient.
