Just finished the full 30 days, this was the last workout!! :) I can totally notice results and so can my husband. Anyone can do these workouts they are quick but get the job done, I am a mom of two (5 and 1) and I did them during nap time. Now time to start extreme in 30 :)

Finished day 10!! I feel so much better and look better already! ive lost a few pounds too! and i dripping in sweat at the end of each work out! i can say i haven't really felt super sore like the first few workouts... so im definitely getting stronger! I love these workouts

half way there.. day 16 done and im still loving it! One thing I found helpful to me is closing my eyes on the harder ones. for some reason it allows me to push through the whole thing without realizing it.

OK guys I finished the 30 day calendar yesterday! The most noticeable change was that it lifted and shaped my butt dramatically. My abs were previously indiscernible through my belly fat, but now my stomach looks flatter and i have the ghost of a 6 pack hahaha Overall, i feel much stronger, and struggle less with lifting heavy loads. In spite of all this, I gained 1 kg. I went from weighing 57 kg to 58. (I am an 18 year old girl) But weight means little, and my leaner and more muscular body speaks for itself :) But I would recommend, in addition to the calendar, longer cardio sessions and a healthier diet, not only to look sexier, but to be healthier and ultimately live longer! i was far too lazy to do this, and unwilling to give up pizza and desserts!! lol Don't forget to stretch before/after the workouts to protect yourself from injury and to drink water!!!

Uggggh this is so good that I hate it! I die doing it but its so great. Thought i was in great cardio shape but my heart has never beat this fast during a workout. By the way, I do these when I travel - PERFECT for workouts anywhere.

Are you supposed to reapeat this two or three times when youre doing it, because 10 minutes feels a little short for a workout, no matter how intense it is. I'm definitely not an expert, I'm just wondering if it would give some more if you did it two or three times with a couple of minutes between to catch your breath? And an other question: Are you supposed to do these 10 minutes workouts everyday for 30 days, switching between them, or how does this work? :)

i did all 30 days and i feel great, i lost about 3 kg which isn't a lot, but I have more muscles, which are much more havier than fat, I'm looking much better and i feel stronger and I never expect that I'll enjoy it so much, because before those workouts I didn't like sports and and now I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 days shred. Those workouts made me quite fit, so it is easier to begin. I recomend following the calender because it was amazing. Start wasn't as easy, but it's worth it. :)

Last day!!! Whooow!!!! Finally! I combined it with the 30 day butt lift workout and I can see most of the results at my thighs and butt. I´ve got more muscles and lost a bit of my fat at my butt. But yeah-still a long way to go! I think I´ll do the 30 day abs workouts now, combined with the 30 day butt lift again. I really enjoyed that one, it´s soooo much fun and I was always laughing throughout the whole workout :) Keep it going guys, you WILL see results. It´s a slow progress, but quitting won´t speed it up.

Taha AIT yes but I imagine that since my muscles are bigger and more defined (maybe I should have also said that) that that means fat has been lost as well. You can have muscle under fat, but if it's better seen that means the fat is gone/less. It's not like I'm a body builder now, however, this plan is really great for people that are busy and only have a little bit of time a day to exercise. It makes you sweat real good, and you feel it throughout. I didn't pair this with eating super healthy either (I ate a little more consciously but not a complete "clean eating" diet or anything) so I imagine that would also help burn more fat and get even more amazing results.
