This girl here.... about 2 years ago... I worked out to her vids and lost tons of weight and gained muscle... I lost my mom to cancer and went into depression and stopped working out... now today... I am better.... moved back to my home state and the work out begin... I can’t wait to see me in a few months because I know she pushes you and her workouts are NEVER boring... good luck to all but I’m going to get my beach body.. excuse me ... lol

+Danielle Lutchman well it depends .. 2-3 days its hard to eat without any rice or chips .. i always start my day with banana and heavy breakfast .. then lunch time salads with meat like steak or chicken ,, then before 6 i eat only light like fruits and veg then dessert tontrat myself .. im working out 4 times a week 1 1/2 hour a day..

Not certain about the points made but you need to know that do exercises by yourself without any plan can cause bulging pot belly and back pain, if anyone else trying to find out lose belly fat, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). That's great! I don't diet though. I eat whole foods, unprocessed, cut out allergens, and eat for life. I work out to feel the adrenaline. I'm in the best shape of my life and much happier this way. Once I stopped focusing on scales, numbers, calories, body image, relating the word "problem" to "weight," and just put that energy into general care of myself.... things really fell into place.

Listen, don't go at it as fast as the instructor does. You will build up your strength. Do 3 minutes the first day add 2 minutes a day. It doesn't matter if you can't keep up with her, the fact is, if you are doing something it's burning calories. Keep it up. You won't believe how strong you will get. You can and you Will!

I agree with Marie, but I would like to add an alternative to adding 2 minutes a day. When I first start a new workout, I focus more on making sure I keep the right technique so I don't hurt myself. In the case of this work out, I first did each move slowly, then I build up speed when I felt like I could keep up with Keaira, which takes time. By doing the moves slowly, you're focusing on flexing those abs and also building muscle. Doing moves slowly is still working out. Either technique works, just make sure you listen to your body-- push yourself, but don't ignore the signs your body gives you. Keep it up! You can do it! :)

HAHAHAHAA. I feel the same. I just can't perfect that in-and-out squat and body circle. LOL. Been doing this workout since October 4 days a week, once a day. Lost 5kg without starving myself. I still eat rice, meat & veggies. And I see some shaping on my waist, my thighs & legs are more toned. I'm so happy with the results.

+Mariane Sanchez. this is my main one I did ... i only used her videos to lost it.. they make you sweat a lot I over dress my self a hoddie sweat and comfy sneakers .. and let the sweating begin I stay away from bread cake soda juice etc.. and are dinner before 6 and then exercised after.. also a lot of water during the day

Did this after my usual 30 minutes cardio for a month (4x per week) and definitely saw definition in my mid section. I've never had abs before and always struggled with belly fat but I'm feeling good about this....will definitely try to keep going

@@ashworld5562 Sometimes it can be that they weighted themselves out after eating,, also I'm not completely sure what it is but I've had this happen to me, I'll weight myself one day and after 3 days be like 4kg less,, Idk what it is, I make sure I weight myself in the morning to be sure but for some reason it happens,,, also I eat well and don't have any unhealthy habits when it comes to weight loss, so idk

LOL no I did not. In my family we don't have a specific eating routine (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I just gave up meat and started drinking more water, but I drank some juice. On some days I did this two times and others I did it once.

+Patricia Quaye Exactly I gave up meat as well, and I find it does make a difference at least for me anyway. My acid Re-flux doesn't flare up. I don't feel as tired, and I don't feel bloated. except when I'm on my period. Being a vegetarian has definitely made me feel more healthy.

FOR EVERYONE WONDERING IF IT WORKS: Yes it does! I'm not on diet and I don't try to lose weight, but I just want my body to tighten up a bit and if you want to flatten and sculpture your belly then it really works! My tips to get through the video till the end (cuz that shit isnt easy okay) is to breath properly and keep your posture right! Do it rather slowly but correctly than fast and with wrong posture otherwise it won't do anything and you will only end up waking up with terrible back pain instead of fine belly. Hope it helps!

I do these exercises everyother day it's fun, I have my kids doing it as well, my 7 yr old daughter, loves doing your booty popping(we are from the Caribbean so we love to shake our booty) my 8yr old son doesn't want to do some of the moves coz he says it's to girly...I mostly feel the burn in my legs not the abs but I'm seeing a difference in my stomach, legs, butt, arms, everything looking tighter I love dat...I love the fact u show us your also feeling the burn but motivating us at the same time not to give up...#bestworkoutvideosever

Been doing this twice a day (7 am and around 5-5:45 pm) for about 3 weeks now, and y'all my abs are more defined than they were after a year's worth of intense ab workouts! I've combined this workout with Icon UK's hip hop workout with Danielle Peazer here on YT, and I'm seeing great rwsults, plus my stamina and energy have increased ten fold. Of course I've combined this with healthy eating and lots of water drinking also :)

In 1 week i lost 3 pounds with a good diet and doing this exercice everyday ..I have 15 pounds more to lose ..don't give up guys ,it's hard To lose weight but at the end you Will be proud of yourself,more strong and confident .Keep it up Update:hi guys i haven't weighed myself yet but i can clearly see my belly is not as big as it used to be even my family is amazed how my body changed in a few weeks before i couldn't stand looking at myself in a mirror but now I'm so proud of myself that I'm no longer ashamed or afraid to see myself in a mirror. @Zoe Hi, I do it once a day for this week. The first day I couldn't even make the first 4 minutes of this video. But now I do it entirely without stopping it has become light so I have decided to start doing this exercise plus 2 zumba video 2 times a day from next week to lose more weight.

OMG! I'm so happy and pleased, I lost 4kg in one week doing this twice a day + healthy diet. First day - Oh! i did it! I'm so exhausted. Second day - Well, i can feel the tiredness, but It's quite better Third day - I did it without pause for water or for rest Fouth day - Easy, It's my routine now Fifth day - WOW! I do it without felling tired Sixth day - It's really simple to do it, I am not even felling that I'm doing it! Seventh day - What? I lost 4kg????

Maria Zapanta girl you better take it after or an hour before doing this. I took acv today 20 minutes before doing this and I feel like vomiting because it’s bouncing in my stomach lol It would be great to take it before bcs it gives you energy but make sure you wait until you do the work out

Update Update: My legs aren't so flabby they feel more firm and stronger and i shoulda took photos and I do this once in the morning and then once at night before I get into the shower. But for this to happen you to have commit to it no cheat days lol

I absolutely love this video. I was literally 200 lbs and no one can tell. I don’t have a stomach really but I struggle with back fat and my thighs are huge. I wanted to join airforce at the time and I had to be down to 175lbs I did this video every night. I ate right and jogged at least 2-3 miles 3 days out the week. I was down to 172.3 in just a week and a half! I’m not lying! I know it’s hard trust me I love food. I’m a Taurus ... WE LOVE FOOD. But if you work at it it’s a helpful video. ♥️♥️ ( Leave January for BMT! Can’t wait )

After 3 weeks of not training I started with this. Before I could do this without any pain or sweat, I even started thinking that it is too easy to do so much. But I had amazing results. Now... Well... Trust me I FEEL that it is working.
