I am better.... moved back to my home state and the work out begin... That's great! I don't diet though. I eat whole foods, unprocessed, cut out allergens, and eat for life. I work out to feel the adrenaline. I'm in the best shape of my life and much happier this way. Once I stopped focusing on scales, numbers, calories, body image, relating the word "problem" to "weight," and just put that energy into general care of myself.... things really fell into place.

Listen, don't go at it as fast as the instructor does. You will build up your strength. Do 3 minutes the first day add 2 minutes a day. It doesn't matter if you can't keep up with her, the fact is, if you are doing something it's burning calories. Keep it up. You won't believe how strong you will get. You can and you Will!

I agree with Marie, but I would like to add an alternative to adding 2 minutes a day. When I first start a new workout, I focus more on making sure I keep the right technique so I don't hurt myself. In the case of this work out, I first did each move slowly, then I build up speed when I felt like I could keep up with Keaira, which takes time. By doing the moves slowly, you're focusing on flexing those abs and also building muscle. Doing moves slowly is still working out. Either technique works, just make sure you listen to your body-- push yourself, but don't ignore the signs your body gives you. Keep it up! You can do it! :)

LOL no I did not. In my family we don't have a specific eating routine (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I just gave up meat and started drinking more water, but I drank some juice. On some days I did this two times and others I did it once.

+Patricia Quaye Exactly I gave up meat as well, and I find it does make a difference at least for me anyway. My acid Re-flux doesn't flare up. I don't feel as tired, and I don't feel bloated. except when I'm on my period. Being a vegetarian has definitely made me feel more healthy.

FOR EVERYONE WONDERING IF IT WORKS: Yes it does! I'm not on diet and I don't try to lose weight, but I just want my body to tighten up a bit and if you want to flatten and sculpture your belly then it really works! My tips to get through the video till the end (cuz that shit isnt easy okay) is to breath properly and keep your posture right! Do it rather slowly but correctly than fast and with wrong posture otherwise it won't do anything and you will only end up waking up with terrible back pain instead of fine belly. Hope it helps!

Been doing this twice a day (7 am and around 5-5:45 pm) for about 3 weeks now, and y'all my abs are more defined than they were after a year's worth of intense ab workouts! I've combined this workout with Icon UK's hip hop workout with Danielle Peazer here on YT, and I'm seeing great rwsults, plus my stamina and energy have increased ten fold. Of course I've combined this with healthy eating and lots of water drinking also :)

I absolutely love this video. I was literally 200 lbs and no one can tell. I don’t have a stomach really but I struggle with back fat and my thighs are huge. I wanted to join airforce at the time and I had to be down to 175lbs I did this video every night. I ate right and jogged at least 2-3 miles 3 days out the week. I was down to 172.3 in just a week and a half! I’m not lying! I know it’s hard trust me I love food. I’m a Taurus ... WE LOVE FOOD. But if you work at it it’s a helpful video. ♥️♥️ ( Leave January for BMT! Can’t wait )

omgg girlll u gave so much motivation to do this cause like im taurus too haha and im like 190lbs and i wanna be 150 lbs and im just 14 years but i have muscles in my thighs so it doesnt really count but thank u for ur results i really aprecciate it

After 3 weeks of not training I started with this. Before I could do this without any pain or sweat, I even started thinking that it is too easy to do so much. But I had amazing results. Now... Well... Trust me I FEEL that it is working.

If anybody has been doing this workout for years and likes to mute and play their own music I suggest Beyonce 7/11 on loop. Helps make it more intense #beyonceonbeat Happy Sweatin!

***** I've seen a lot of people talking about what I would like to call "theresa's whatevers" on videos where mrs LaShae is...I don't understand, you need visibility? They act like you, "if you like exercices or dancing you should go there!" like "hey pal" but in the end you're just another advertise...that is so annoying...people are here to have fun while exercising, to focus on a goal...you're a distraction, and not a great one...even if I'm probably talking to myself right now..

That's all I can say (I tried to find something else but it always was rude) I hate people who act like you do, so if you're not a f-ing computer, never ever talk to me again and if your exercices are that good, you shouldn't need to go fishing for people to come to your stupid blogspot. Dammmmn can't youtube do a thing against that?! So annoying!
