You are so amazing, honest and real. Thank God for you !!!! I was rejected by family. I don't know anyone. And am afraid to be embarrassed to tell anyone. I've asked my family for help. They all know I have anxiety and they treat me mean. I cannot see my mother. No one will take me. They won't pick up the phone. I might die in here alone. It's been a very long time. My daughter comes once every 3 weeks if that. She says call, when I call she yells. Its,stupid, and,I take it so long then I yell at her for being hortible. Knowing i have noone.

Before 100 views !!! Aaaaaa... #notificationsquad where u at early people?? Anyways time to talk about the real thing. I love that she is opening up about how much trouble she has and everything because almost all KZbinrs are all about how happy their life is. And then people like my small sis are very easily influenced that others have that perfect happy life and she has the worst one even though there are thousands of people not having even food to eat and my small sis .. She has her own phone and laptop. She has everything a basic human needs with a little extra privileges but still thinks that she has the worst life. But when she watches you she understand she real people's problems and everything and since she has started watching you... 👏👏👏 she doesn't think that she has THE WORST LIFE because people have their own problems. So yeah that's all I we had to say and I love you so much for what you have done to my sis.

This is really, really great. I too struggle with anxiety and being too sensitive. I never thought of searching for this kind of challenge but wow it sounds awesome. Thank you so much for being honest. There are so many people out there going through this same issue. It’s not just you. When you were questioning why can’t I just get through life and was about to cry in yoga, I feel like so many people are faking it til they make it too. Some are just better at hiding it than others.

So happy that i came across your video! I've been feeling down with the winding down of summer, kids back to school and a lull in creativity for new content. I've struggled with anxiety for many MANY years and find myself in these slumps during different times of the year. 3 great things that happened to me today: I let myself be in pjs all day, I let myself binge watch your channel without feeling guilty, and I still had a chill-productive day (I journaled, I read a chapter of my book, I crochet a little bit, I finished my homework, I showered, it was a pretty great weekend day for me🙂)

I am really going through hard time expressing myself. And this video is saviour. I am trying to find various ways to self express myself. Recently I have been in lot of self hitting, yelling and shouting. This is not me. I want to change and I want to be strong for my daughter. This is not the example I want to set for herself. I know you posted this a year ago. But I watched it for the first time. I’ve been going through a very hard time lately and was ready to give up. I lost my purpose. Felt overwhelmed. Battling with hard depression. Then I saw this challenge. You inspired me. And I’m going to go through it. To help my mental health and get me back on track. This is the EXACT video that I needed. I am so so sensitive and my loved ones always seem to comment on it and being sensitive, I really take it to heart. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for a while now and regardless of whether I win those books or not I think I'm going to purchase them because I've never seen anything like it and it seems like they may actually help. I am a senior in highschool and my first day is on the third and I am really excited to start and now, especially now that you inspired me to try out this 30 day challenge :)) thanks a billion 💛

I have been crying for the past two days! Because i just dont feel at a good place mentally and physically. Sometimes it feels like i cant breathe when im crying so hard. I've been feeling in a slump with depression, anxiety and wanting to sleep constantly since the middle of July. Now I'm starting to get into my regular routine again. Trying to start my podcast, working out, positive manifestation, affirmations and also getting outside with my 2 Chihuahua mixes 🤗 the sun really helps me and making sure my apartment is fairly clean and organized. Both a plant-based diet, not necessarily strict and unconditional, and yoga, helped me the most with my mood actually. And journalling. I highly encourage you give veganism a chance. Love you and good luck, I hope you feel amazing soon 💙

Love this video. I think we all go through periods like this. I feel it a lot with my son going into his last year of high school. I love the planners. Hi Nee! Whenever I am feeling stressed/anxious (which is a lot lately), I put on your videos. I love the music, the way it looks...the VIBE really helps to relax / chill me out (: I would love to win the books, because I have dealt with depression and anxiety for many years now but have been having an especially hard time lately managing my time and energy. I tend to be the person that all of their friends go to and then am left feeling depleted and anxious at the end of the day -- like I'm not giving enough but also don't have any time for myself / anyone checking in on me. This would mean so much to me and those around me, but either way..thank you for everything that you do

This is very useful for me. I’ve been struggling with agoraphobia for the passed 10 years. I’ve been progressing in driving again this past year but now I feel like I’m stuck. I tend to get impatient and hard on myself. I struggle with making goals but I’ll try to do this challenge next month or maybe even tomorrow.

You might be experiencing some burnout. You are always so positive, productive, and pushing forward. It’s hard to always be “on”. Plus, as a fellow Floridian, this freaking heat and humidity is soul sucking. It’s okay to take a break and be low energy for a bit.

I honestly don't think anybody is really, truly "fine," I think some people are just better at hiding how they feel: both from themselves and others. The more self-aware you are, the more you feel everything, the good, the bad and the ugly. Even though it's difficult to handle at times, I think it's a beautiful human quality - to be aware, empathetic, compassionate... and to feel all the feelings. It's what being human is all about, in the end. That being said, I hope you feel happier soon.
