Good posture is not about forcing yourself to sit up straight, it’s about creating life long habits that promote health, comfort and relaxation. In this video series, you’ll learn everything you need to know about ergonomics and healthy posture so that you can attain long lasting results. At first it takes a little work, but with our coaching you will find that healthy posture feels good and it’s ultimately more comfortable.
How it works: This revolutionary posture makeover method has more than 3 hours of video and over 100 stretches, exercises and ergonomic tips. Each day for 30 days you watch a short video that gives in-depth coaching on a different aspect of posture, plus a mini stretch and exercise session that is designed to open tight posture muscles and strengthen weak ones.
How often should I do it: After you finish the initial 30 day program you should continue to dedicate 10 minutes each day to posture stretches and exercises in order to see continued progress.
A reminder, nothing in this program should cause you pain. If you have health problems and are unsure if the exercises are safe for you, be sure to consult your doctor.

In the 1st position... it's not from the tailbone up but more mid or top of sacrum up? And you do rest your head on it?

Is your head supported on the rolled up towel? If not, should the head be supported if it is uncomfortable without support? Thank you.

@@CherishedChristianLife yes, the first exercise. Her hair obscures whether or not her head is on the towel. Or, if it is not, should it be supported if the forward head posture makes not having the head supported uncomfortable.

Yes, if it’s uncomfortable to be without a pillow you can definitely use one to support your head. Over time you can reduce the pillow thickness. You should feel a comfortable stretch, not pain.
