Really thank you, i was having trouble in sitting, my coccyx bone always hurt when i sit for long duration time, and now it was getting worse, i couldn't sit properly for 10 minutes, whenever i stand up after sitting my coccyx bone hurt very bad, i am going to try this sitting method and will try to make it habit to sit.

I have a neck hump. Everyone of my family has a neck hump. We look absolutely nothing like any of the models you’re showing, and none of us are holding our heads that way.

Often it is permanent. It needs to be addressed as soon as it starts to develop or it is forever.

Whereas I agree that body language is a good indicator of how you're feeling, this stuff shouldn't be trained and should be instead used to be made aware of how others, and yourself look, so you can gauge how you, and how they're feeling. Your body language should always be congruent to how you're feeling inside, so you can't force yourself to look confident when you don't really feel that way. Otherwise you'll be a robot - And you'll be stuck in your head forever with how you look, without letting stuff flow naturally. This induces stress like states, which generates more stuff like cortisol which causes inflammation to the body. Instead on work on your internal confidence by finding your trigger points from the past and what makes you feel the way you do. Your body language will then display a more confident, and assured on the outer naturally. Anyone can do this. Also remember one way of body language is not an all encompassing thing. What will mean one thing, will mean completely a different thing to others. I like to change up my body language on a regular basis because I enjoy it, and I find it keeps people on their toes (entertained somewhat), and makes people feel certain states (mostly good depending on their own level of self awareness, and if they can handle me being the way I am - believe me, it wasn't always this way). I can do this because I am super aware of what is going on in the conversation, and surroundings, and most importantly how I am feeling. It is all genuine, and congruent to how I am feeling though, and this is the important thing overall out of anything. Anyone can get there - its about working from your basis/ core upwards.

Have you ever had a “buffalo hump” of “fatty hump”? I’m pretty sure you haven’t because it is a symptoms of Cushing’s disease. While there are posture issues and I’m sure the exercises you are offering are good for general health and posture. However, they would never cure the kid of hump you are illustrating because it is due to disease.

That’s called an elephant hump and it’s caused by medications such as prednisone. Exercise doesn’t help it if it is truly an elephant hump.

This video was suggested to me by KZbin and no wonder she looked so familiar---it's Michelle Joyce, the belly dancer! Well, I'm not sure if she still belly dances but, yeah, this video is kinda old now but good to see her, nonetheless. Hope she uploads more videos in the future. 😊

I'd actually recommend vertical mouses as opposed to tablets due to the fact that a vertical mouse will actually have your wrist move in a natural position.
