I’ve had chronic pain for 19 years and only in the last year have I gotten enough momentum to try something like this. But because I’ve seen such progress, I was really curious to see what effects I’d see if I walked every day. I started at 15 minutes and went up to 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the results!
