Love all these "papers". I love to upcycle anything in collages - it's lovely the effects the oddest things create. Isn't it fun to experiment? Use a lot of one off things in my own journals. Just for play.

I was cleaning bins out in the basement. Found old papers from 1980 and 90's and up. I saved a few of interest. I have saved take out napkins that are brown. I have a " junk basket" in my studio.

I just discovered the word Papyrophiliac, it's the term for people who have an obsession or love for paper 😅. We are not crazy!! 😂

Papaer napkins, even ones from restaurants. The brown ones give a little color. Maybe you were going to put that in another category.

Oh my gosh, yes to napkins! Totally forgot about that--I knew I was going to leave some things out.

Have you heard that the paper that is used on the examination tables in doctors offices works well too!

I hadn't thought of that Jill--but I imagine that would totally work. It's like a slightly heavier tissue paper. Have you used it?

@@pamhemmerling not yet. I heard a discussion about it on a question and answer forum. There are different weights, and some of course are more transparent. If I purchase a roll, I’ll let you know what I find out.
