मै हररोज आपके व्हिडीओ देखकर योग करती हू... आप बहोत अच्छेसे सिखाते हो. शरीर मे कोई जखडन नही रही. फ्रेश लगता है. Maine योग का टाईमिंग भी फिक्स रखा है. अब योग की आदत हो चुकी है body को. बहोत बहोत धन्यवाद. और एक बात...कृपया kar के weight लॉस का शुद्ध शाकाहारी diet भी बतायें. धन्यवाद.

Before we begin, let’s pray to the teacher, Guru, who is no less than the Lord Himself. Om! Chanting of Omkar, in the beginning, is like offering a prayer to the Almighty. It has multiple physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णु गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरा गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः Translation: Guru is like Brahma (creator), Guru is like Vishnu (observer), and Guru is also like Maheshwara (destroyer). Guru is like the Para Brahma (the ultimate truth). Therefore, I bow to Him. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti! Three times Shanti is chanted to remove three types of world miseries. 1:06 On day two, we do some stretches important for the spine, body and mind conditioning. They also ease the way for challenging asanas as we move further in our yogic journey. 01:40 Relaxation First, we move our legs to improve our blood and energy circulation. Then we start the session with relaxation. Today, we relax our mind. This is a phenomenal process of quick relaxation, where we: • Lie down on our back • Relax the body parts • Slightly move or loosen out the limbs • Become aware of the entire body. This further relaxes the tired body and mind. 6:20 Body stretch This is an effortless and relaxing way to become aware of the body. 7:05 Upper Hand Stretch Benefits: It improves the lung and breathing capacity, opens the heart chakra, gives a beautiful upper body stretch, removes stiffness from hands and shoulders, makes hands more flexible and relieves stress. Contraindications: One should practice under supervision in case of neck or back pain. 9:00 Sideward Upper Hand Stretch Benefits: This practice improves the breathing capacity peculiarly by stretching the lung muscles from each side. It gives a subtle stretch to the spine. The stomach and diaphragm are tucked inside, improving digestion and excretion. Contraindications: People with back pain must do this practice under supervision. 10:29 Backward Upper Hand Stretch Benefits: It improves blood circulation to the back side of the thoracic region. Bending down in this position enables blood circulation towards the back side of the head. These stretches open up the thoracic region from all sides, tremendously improving the lung and breathing capacity. Contraindications: People with neck and back pain should avoid bending down in this position. Even frozen shoulders patients must practice this stretch under expert guidance. 11:29 Forward Bending Hand Stretch Benefits: Experience the difference between this and the previous forward bend. This bend puts more pressure on the abdomen region, which helps to improve digestion and lose abdominal fat. The blood and energy circulation towards the hands, shoulders and head increases manifold. Contraindications: People with neck, shoulder and back pain should avoid bending down in this position. 12:33 Spinal Twist Benefits: It improves the digestive system, excretory system and respiratory system. It improves blood circulation towards the internal organs and rejuvenates their health and functioning. Contraindications: People with back and neck pain must practice under the guidance of a Yoga therapist. Surgery patients must practice Spinal Twists with prior consultation. 14:05 Leg Lifts Benefits: Abdominal muscles are essential in keeping balance in the body. These leg lifts positively benefit the energy system of the body. They help to lose abdominal fat and the fat around the hips and thigh region. Contraindications: People with abdominal surgery or surgery of the hip region must avoid this practice. 21:00 Leg Rotation Benefits: Leg rotation impacts the body’s energy center like leg lifts.
