This question comes up on citizenship tests. Most Americans would get it wrong, I suppose.. I thought like you that it was Philly, but when my wife was taking the exam, I too learned that it was NY.

@Gloria, thank you for sharing your score! 16/30 is a great effort, especially since some of these questions can be quite challenging. In regards to your point of view, New York is actually the correct answer not Philadelphia.
