Hi Lauren, Thank you so much for the invaluable tips that you provide in your videos (like top stitching 1/2 “ away from either ends.) Much much appreciated. I have learned so much from them.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for such a lovely pattern and I had so much fun creating this pouch. One thing I did notice when unzipping the bag at the top there’s quite a bit of bulk below the zipper either side despite the topstitching. Do you have any suggestions?
@jessicamarsh97794 жыл бұрын
I bought this pattern last night and made it this morning. I have to say I love it!!!! I really love how wide my zipper opens the top of it (lol it might be bc I think my zipper was a tad bit longer then it needed to be lol). But it came together really nicely and I love it. I did add a little zipper pocket inside. When I make it again, I think I’m gonna add a slip pocket on the outside maybe. I love that it can have things added to it or it’s perfect the way it’s built.

Hi Lauren! I've missed you GIRL☺. You mentioned in the video that you see people using Decovil in place of foam and that you hoped you didn't say you recommend that? No you haven't. But that is what Barb from Gotinterfacing suggests. I have an email from her when I asked her some questions and that is what she told me. So thanks for letting us no that they are different and should be used differently! See you are the BEST! Question are you no longer going to post you face book sewing videos on this channel. I don't use face book but still enjoyed watching those. Thx

Hi Sha-Leine! I didn't plan to but I absolutely still can! I'll be sure to read all the comments clearly for those when I do post!

@@ailynevensen Hi Amanda...I am not sure if I should respond or Lauren. But what I was saying was that in the video Lauren was saying that she hopes she hasn't said that people should use Decovil in replace of foam. And I was telling her that she hasn't made that comment in her videos. Barb from gotinterfacing suggests that we use Decovil in place of foam. Barb said that she demos that in her face book page. Does that answer your question? In this bag if I remember correctly Lauren didn't use any because it was Glitter Vinyl. So she just used SF101 on the lining I think? It's been a few days since I watched it but I think that's right? Lauren correct me if I'm wrong. Hope that helps?
